Names like One&Only, Four Seasons, and privately backed luxury ventures have already set their sights here. Careyes, a microcosm of artists, philanthropists, filmmakers, and CEOs, boasts villas priced from $5 million to $30 million. In Maito, new developments inspired by ancestral worldviews are attracting millennial investors and alternative funds hungry for authenticity and returns. 2025 is the entry window into a market still in its early climb.
