After spending over a decade as a cardiac nurse, Corinne Wright never imagined her next career would happen from her kitchen table instead of a hospital floor. Today, the Spokane-area mom of two has built a thriving online wellness business that allows her to stay home with her children while helping other families discover safer, everyday products that fit their budgets.

Wright’s interest in wellness didn’t begin with entrepreneurship. It began in healthcare. Years spent caring for patients gave her a greater appreciation for prevention and overall health, which eventually led her to take a closer look at the products she was using in her own home.
“As I learned more about everyday ingredients, I realized there were better options available,” Wright says. “I wanted products I felt good about bringing into my home without spending more money.”
Rather than creating a product line of her own, Wright partnered with an established wellness company whose mission aligned with her values. She built an online storefront and business by sharing products she personally uses and educating families looking for healthier alternatives to many of the items they already purchase.

The transition was something very new for her. After years of working in the highly structured environment of nursing, Wright suddenly found herself responsible for creating her own schedule, learning marketing from scratch, and building a business with no previous entrepreneurial experience.
“I had never worked in sales or marketing,” she says. “I had to learn how to create structure for myself, stay disciplined, and keep showing up even when I was still figuring everything out.”
Her consistency paid off. Within a relatively short period, Wright was able to replace—and eventually surpass—her nursing income, allowing her to retire from bedside nursing at age 33.

Today, she operates her business from home while homeschooling her children, designing her work around the moments that matter most.
“Time is one of the few things we can never get back,” Wright says. “Being able to build a career while still being present for my kids has been the biggest blessing.”

Wright continues to use the communication skills and educational mindset she developed as a nurse in her current work. Instead of caring for patients in a hospital, she now spends her days helping families understand everyday products, make informed purchasing decisions, and explore healthier options for their homes.

She believes authenticity has been one of the biggest contributors to her success.
“I’ve never wanted to convince anyone of anything,” she says. “I simply share what has worked for our family and let people decide if it’s a good fit for theirs.”
For Wright, entrepreneurship wasn’t just a career change. It created the flexibility to prioritize faith, family, and the freedom to be present during the everyday moments she once worried she would miss.
